One Time Payment
To make a one time annual membership payment with a personal Pay Pal account, or with a credit/debit card without a PayPal account. Starting in 2022 there will be a $1.00 service fee added for each transaction, making a total of $11. Click on the PayPal "Buy Now" button below to get started.
To join CAPA, complete the pdf form below and submit your payment, or if you would prefer to pay online you can use the PayPal option. In PayPal, you can either create your own account to use for purchases anytime PayPal is allowed, or you can choose a one time payment using a credit or debit card
