Input into the direction and growth of CAPA
CAPA dues for 2024 are $20 per person. We are now taking new and renewing membership payments for 2024. If you are a first time member, this payment includes the remaining two months of 2023. Join us for indoor play at the Armed Force center during November and December. There are two ways to join or renew your CAPA membership. Complete the pdf form below and submit your payment to our mailing address, or, if you would prefer to pay online you can use the PayPal option. In PayPal, you can either create your own account to use for purchases anytime PayPal is allowed, or you can choose a one time payment using a credit or debit card
