CAPA dues for 2024 are $20 per person.

We are now taking new and renewing membership payments for 2024. There are two ways to join or renew your CAPA membership. Complete the pdf form below and submit your payment to our mailing address, or if you would prefer to pay online you can use the PayPal option. In PayPal, you can either create your own account to use for purchases anytime PayPal is allowed, or you can choose a one time payment using a credit or debit card. When you become a member please give us some time to update the member list for this website. After becoming a member you gain access to Association documents and member contact information.
